The main living area features a sofa corner, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it a perfect gathering spot. A loft lounge, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with a combustion toilet provide both comfort and convenience. Guests must follow instructions for the toilet's use carefully.

The house accommodates up to 10 guests, with two bedrooms on the second floor and one on the first floor. Guests need to bring their own bed linens, and cleaning must be done before departure, with supplies provided on-site.

Access is by private boat or via the MS Bragdøya "bathing boat" from June 28 to August 10.
